I was disappointed initially, especially given all the positive reviews. While the price was reasonable, the finished product had some issues. The edges of the counters were dull and not polished properly. Despite clear instructions, they installed the sink in the wrong orientation. The holes for one of our faucets were drilled incorrectly, even though we provided the faucets during installation. They broke a piece of the counter and failed to inform us.
