The selection of granite ( I went with Soapstone) was outstanding—beautiful, high-quality slabs in a variety of colors and finishes. The team guided me through every step, from choosing the right stone to custom fabrication and installation.

Installation day was flawless. From start to finish this was a 5 star experience!

We had a house fire last year, and after months of rebuilding, we were finally ready to choose countertops, the centerpiece of our new kitchen. From the moment we walked into The Granite Guy, Brad greeted us with genuine warmth, patience, and excitement. He listened carefully to our story, understood how important this decision was, and guided us expertly through their beautiful selection of stone slabs, of which we chose Quartzite. This is a natural stone and not to be cnfused with a man made Quartz. The quality of their material is truly outstanding.

When an unexpected issue came up during the installation process (not with the installation itself, which was absolutely flawless), Gary, the owner, came out personally to meet us at the site. He showed tremendous empathy and kindness, took the time to really listen, and fully understood why this mattered so much to us. Gary made sure we were taken care of in a way that was both generous and deeply fair, restoring our confidence and turning what could have been a difficult situation into a truly positive and memorable experience.

I also want to give a shout out to the installation crew. These guys are truly talented. Their craftsmanship is impeccable, and they treated our home with so much care and professionalism. Thank you!

We had a great experience with The Granite Guy!! Chad was very helpful and patient while we picked out the quartz for our new kitchen countertops. They are beautiful and we’ve received many compliments in the short time we’ve had them! The price was very reasonable and Chad also worked with us to install the same countertop in our half bath near the kitchen. The installers, Cain and Gavin, did a fantastic job, very knowledgeable and efficient! Also a shout out to Ron from Center Cut Installs who did all of the plumbing in both the kitchen and bath, and Jason who did the laser measurements. All were very professional, on time and did a good job cleaning up. Very happy with our update from The Granite Guy and glad to say goodbye to speckled Corian!

The first granite slab installed by the sink had a crack. I was worried it would turn into a nightmare, but I’ll tell you what, this company made it right in a big way. Gary, the owner personally came out to my house and volunteered to replace the entire slab plus the end piece so we would eliminate a seam. He also then personally came out and supervised the reinstall and it looks absolutely phenomenal. You don’t get customer service like that much anymore. Would not hesitate to use them again.

The Granite Guy has a large selection, and they also have a huge room full of remnants they can fabricate for smaller jobs, too.

I was disappointed initially, especially given all the positive reviews. While the price was reasonable, the finished product had some issues. The edges of the counters were dull and not polished properly. Despite clear instructions, they installed the sink in the wrong orientation. The holes for one of our faucets were drilled incorrectly, even though we provided the faucets during installation. They broke a piece of the counter and failed to inform us. They scuffed the surface of our brand-new cabinets but they did offer to send out a professional to repair them. They ended up going above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied in the end.

Went to The Granite Guy for countertops for our new build and were VERY impressed with their work and their people. We had a very big island piece and they handled it with ease. Great communication and the attention to detail was first rate. We had them do multiple sizes and types in six different rooms and we were satisfied with everything they did. I had an incredible and very personalized experience with The Granite Guy! Sales manager, Chrissy Bossetti, was extremely patient, knowledgeable and accommodating as I worked with her and my truly talented interior designer, Brenda Barrett, on updating my kitchen. Even though I had a limited budget and some strict requirements, they were able to provide me with some beautiful quartzite choices. I then had a terrific experience with the install team of Kane, David, Gavin, and Jesse as the lead install manager . They were timely, courteous, responsive and helpful during the install and follow up appointments. While there were two small issues, Chrissy, Jesse and the team worked diligently to ensure it was properly fixed in an efficient manner. We recently had our kitchen renovation for the first time in 30 years. My designer, Sherri H. suggested we drive to Columbus and visit the Granite Guy. She and her husband had just purchased their quartzite from them and was very pleased with their stone.
Brad, greeted us warmly and showed us their stunning stones. He allowed us to take our time - with no rushing and answering all our questions. The professional manner in which we were treated was outstanding. We went back several times to look at the stone to match other elements of the design. Brad was the best - going out of his way to do what he can for us.
Their team made the installation (Cain's truck) Anthony, Gavin and David flawless. The guys took their time in the fabrication. Needless to say, the stone makes our kitchen look like a gemstone!

Fantastic experience. The Granite Guy is awesome. We would never work with anyone else again, and have referred our friends and relatives to them, too (the best compliment you can give).

We worked with Chad Schirtzinger (sales), Chrissy Boasetti (sales manager), and Toney Curry (fabrication + installation manager). All were consistently knowledgeable, very professional, fair, reasonable, and genuinely pleasant to work with.

The Granite Guy has a large selection, and they were willing to work with us on finding other slabs if needed. They also have a huge room full of remnants they can fabricate for smaller jobs, too.

Our install was large and challenging - 3 big slabs of matching Quartzite, including an enormous island and a full backsplash up the wall behind the stove. Carrying the big island slab inside took 8 strong men, and we held our breath the whole time.

There were a few minor hiccups (inevitable with a job this large), which they fixed promptly and without hesitation. We made a number of changes during the design and slab selection - they handled our ideas and frequent changes with grace.

The best part - their price was fair, and the result is gorgeous. They were probably 1/3 less expensive than another well-known granite fabricator in Columbus. Quartzite ain't cheap (2.5-3x the cost of granite), but their price was entirely fair and reasonable for what we got.

We highly, highly, highly, highly, highly recommend The Granite Guy. I cannot say this strongly enough. The customer experience was excellent, the price was entirely fair, the people are expert and very nice, and the installed product is exactly what we wanted. This transformed our home.

I highly recommend The Granite Guy for our countertops on the kitchen remodel we did with The Cabinet Guys. After many visits to the warehouse, we finally settled on a couple of gorgeous granite slabs.

I really appreciated how The Granite Guy simplified the pricing. It made understanding our costs much easier as we evaluated options. We picked out the slabs we wanted and were able to specify what area of a slab we wanted to be for the large island that is the centerpiece of our kitchen.

Chad was very helpful with some guidance for additional bracing that I needed to incorporate into the island to support the slab, and the installers did a fantastic job. We were also able to utilize a piece of the same granite behind our range hood and are very happy with the look!

We reached out to Granite Guy mid summer to get some info about replacing our old countertops with new Granite counters. Brad was a contact and was incredibly helpful and educational. Taking his time to show us all the beautiful options and also allowing us to the time to make the decision of what would work best for us. This is my 2nd time getting stone counters installed and The Granite Guys were great! They had a pretty good selection of stone to choose from, but we ended up finding our counters from another vendor which was seamless getting them to The Granite Guys to fabricate. Chrissy was an amazing help in getting the right counters for our kitchen and was super helpful with communication and even laying out the design. Noah and Kane were fantastic when they installed the kitchen counters and this time around Noah and Nick installed the pantry counters...they all three did an outstanding job, were very thorough, a wealth of knowledge and simply went above and beyond what I would have expected! Brad has been wonderful to work with on finding the perfect counter top and Joe was been so patient when it comes to measuring. These folks are the best. Hailey Johnson was wonderful to work with, very knowledgeable and walked us thru the whole process, helped us pick out our quartzite slab and showed us how it might be cut up to cover all of our countertops in the kitchen as well as our half bath. she explained the whole process and timing as well as the payments needed at each step thru completion. she also explained that we could choose from their remnants to do our other two bathrooms as well (which we did). the entire team then followed thru on everything step by step and did an amazing job. everyone was so helpful, professional and polite. our house looks amazing! I can't thank Hailey and the team enough - I smile every time I walk in the house.

Fabulous experience! We have an 1870s home with a 1990s kitchen in need of an overhaul. Hailey was professional, thoughtful and extremely helpful guiding us through the process from selection and design to measuring and installation. GG even had the sink we'd seen and referred us to Clean Cut Installs (also 5⭐) for the plumbing work. Joe, Noah and the rest of the team worked to an extremely high level of precision. The measurements were perfect and installation left not one spec of dust. Finally, the entire project was under our planned budget AND the unused quartz balance was prorated back to us. A pleasant surprise! Thank you, all!

We needed a replacement counter in our showroom, so I went to the usual Home Depot, Ikea, etc for pricing, but none beat Granite Guy. We found the perfect counter and I loved dealing with the people there. Hailey was very responsive to questions and the team that measured and installed were all very nice an efficient. An absolutely AMAZING experience! I had gone to several other granite vendors in the area and found I was not getting the level of help I needed with multiple drives in person to find inventory did not meet asks. I spoke to Hailey at the Granite Guy and within 15 minutes she was sending me direct images of options that met my asks. This saved me a ton of time and allowed me to see final options in person. I shopped around for the best price and quality of product and installation. I can tell you The Granite Guy was excellent from beginning to end. I worked with Hailey and she was terrific. They have the full slabs on display with the prices listed on them that you can walk through and choose. I was looking for something very specific and she helped me find that. Everyone I dealt with was incredibly kind and professional. Including the gentleman that came out to measure and the 3 guys that came to do the installation.
